Para Athlete Training

A Message from Founder Alex Mason

"Before working with them, I struggled to walk or run without feeling exhausted or risking injury. Now I feel stronger, more mobile, and more capable than ever, able to handle daily life and even bigger challenges like hauling on build crew. What stands out most is their consistency and how they always adapt workouts so I can push forward, no matter my limitations. Every session leaves me feeling accomplished and confident in my progress. I’d recommend them to anyone who feels stuck or held back, you’ll quickly realize you’re capable of far more than you thought."

Is your athlete being left behind?

Generic Coaching

Most programs aren't built for para-mechanics. If it isn't specific to their body, it's not just ineffective—it's frustrating.

Lack of Access

Finding equipment or gyms that truly accommodate adaptive needs shouldn't be a second full-time job for parents.

The "Dictator" Gap

Athletes thrive on empowerment. We bridge the gap between "being told what to do" and owning their journey.

Alex Mason

Meet Alex Mason

As a former college baseball player, I know the value of elite-level guidance. I am currently a Paralympic trainer with GLASA, coaching multiple national championships across various classifications.

I started APL because I was frustrated hearing about talented athletes "doing their own program" without real direction. My mission is to ensure every para-athlete has the tools to be their own greatest advocate.
